A guided nature experience in Brussels
Leave the noise behind.
When your mind feels full and your days keep moving from one thing to the next, it can be difficult to truly slow down, even when you finally have the time.
Forest bathing offers a different way to spend time in nature. Through gentle sensory invitations, moments of stillness and unhurried exploration, you are invited to reconnect with your surroundings and with yourself.

No experience needed
You may have finished working.
But your mind is still going.
There is always something asking for your attention. Work, messages, plans, responsibilities and thoughts about what still needs to happen.
Even the moments meant for rest can quickly fill up with scrolling, planning or trying to do something that will make you feel better.
Forest Bathing gives you somewhere to step outside of that rhythm.
For a few hours, you do not have to solve anything, keep up with anything or be productive. You are guided to slow down, reconnect with your senses and spend time in nature in a way that feels calm, spacious and unhurried.
You may leave feeling lighter, clearer or simply more present than when you arrived.
A QUIETER MIND
Step away from the constant stream of thoughts, tasks and information.
Give yourself time where nothing is expected from you.
Improved attention and cognitive recovery documented
A SENSE OF CONNECTION
Feel more connected to yourself, the natural world and the people around you.
WHAT IS FOREST BATHING?
More than going for a walk.
You may already enjoy spending time outside, but still find yourself walking quickly, checking your phone or thinking about everything waiting for you afterwards. Forest Bathing invites you to experience nature differently.
Forest Bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of slowly immersing yourself in the natural environment through your senses. There is no destination to reach and no distance to cover. Instead, you are guided through simple invitations that help you slow down and engage more deeply with what is around you.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION
A gentle structure that helps
you let go of the day.
You do not need to know how to slow down before arriving. The session is designed to help you gradually transition out of your usual rhythm.
Each experience is different, shaped by the group, the season and what is happening in nature that day.
Length min 1.5 - max 3.5 hrs
1) ARRIVING
We begin with a short introduction and a grounding practice.
This gives you time to settle, leave the rush of the day behind and bring your attention back to your body and surroundings.
2) SENSORY INVITATIONS
I will offer a series of simple and open-ended invitations.
You explore these individually and at your own pace. You might focus on sound, movement, texture, curiosity or simply spending time quietly in one place.
3) MOMENTS TO SHARE
At different points, we pause and there is space to share for who wants to. What you noticed, what moved you.
4) CLOSING
We end the session together with tea and a small seasonal snack. This creates a gentle transition before you return to the rest of your day.

Have a specific request or idea? I’m happy to discuss.

I’m Eline. Certified forest bathing guide, based in Brussels.
I know how easy it is to spend most of your day in your head.
Thinking ahead, solving problems, processing information and moving from one responsibility to another. Even when we care about nature and enjoy being outside, it can be difficult to truly slow down once we get there.
Forest Bathing helped me discover a different relationship with nature.
One that is not about distance, knowledge or achievement, but about curiosity, attention and allowing yourself more time.
As a guide, I create a calm and accessible structure in which you can step out of your usual pace and reconnect in your own way.
I will not tell you what to feel or what nature should mean to you. I simply offer the time, invitations and support that can help you experience what is already there.
