What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice that invites you to immerse yourself in nature, connecting with your senses to deepen your connection to the natural world.
Forest bathing was found in Japan in the 1980s, where their studies showed its ability to reduce stress, boost the immune system, and improve mental clarity and mood.
By slowing down and being present in a forest environment, one can experience a deep sense of calm and well-being, benefiting both mind and body.
